1. Services & Brokerage Role
Evergreen Firewood provides firewood sales and logistics coordination and may act as a broker by arranging delivery through independent third-party suppliers and drivers.
Delivery services may be performed by independent contractors who are not employees of Evergreen Firewood. Evergreen Firewood does not directly control the means, methods, or manner in which third-party providers perform delivery services.
2. Orders & Payment
All prices are listed in USD
Payment is required prior to delivery unless otherwise agreed
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order
3. Delivery
Delivery dates and times are estimates and not guaranteed
The customer is responsible for ensuring safe, clear, and legal delivery access
Once firewood is delivered and dropped, responsibility transfers to the customer
Evergreen Firewood is not responsible for damage to driveways, landscaping, curbs, pavement, or surfaces not rated for heavy vehicles.
4. Natural Product Disclaimer
Firewood is a natural product. Variations in:
Size
Shape
Species mix
Appearance
Moisture content
are normal and do not constitute defects.
5. Refunds & Claims
Due to the nature of firewood as a natural product, all sales are final after delivery.
Any issues or concerns must be reported within seven (7) days of delivery. After this period, no refunds, credits, or replacements will be issued.
Firewood condition and moisture content may change depending on storage method, weather exposure, or handling. Evergreen Firewood is not responsible for changes in condition once the firewood has been delivered.
Any refunds or partial refunds are issued solely at the discretion of Evergreen Firewood.
Any moisture readings taken more than seven (7) days after delivery are not considered valid for refund or claim purposes.
6. Limitation of Liability
Evergreen Firewood is not liable for:
Improper storage or handling after delivery
Weather-related delays or access issues
Acts or omissions of independent third-party suppliers or delivery providers
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Evergreen Firewood’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order.
7. Checkout Acknowledgement
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:
Firewood is a natural product and may vary in appearance and moisture content
All sales are final after delivery
Refund or moisture-related claims must be made within seven (7) days of delivery
Delivery may be fulfilled by independent third-party suppliers or drivers
The customer further confirms they have read and agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.
8. Website Use
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security, or engage in unlawful activity.
9. Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, images, logos, and branding, is the property of Evergreen Firewood and may not be used without written permission.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
